Need help for my kitchen

I have white shaker look cabinets, bright nickel hardware, millennium cream granite which is lighter toned and looks a bit like sand (with some beige and gray flecks) and need suggestions for a back splash. This is going in a florida condo near the beach.

more monochromatic. have upper glass door cabinets with lights and glass shelving in center of kitchen can be seen from great room so backsplash more neutral but not boring ...thinking of subway tiles in white with some kind of cream accent or different pattern like herringbone?

The lovely thing about 'white' glass subway is that there are many subtle variations of it, so you get neutral but with a small twist of interest. White ceramic subway can be placed in a herringbone design and even coupled with an Inlay over stove. I like the tone on tone look better than introducing another accent tile, more timeless.
