Hi hoping someone can lead me in the right direction , I am trying to fix up our old pool deck that is cracking . We had carpet but ripped it up and this is what is under I tried painting it with a sealer but it cracked . I would like to do this job on a budget and would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks so much!!!
