I'll post pics from the show and sale later, but here's my haul:

Top - A couple of Dudleya brittonii for the front yard...Planta Seca was blowing these out for $7.50 each! A steal.

Middle row: Haworthia cymbiformis variegata, Rebutia narvaecensis, Echeveria 'Mexican Giant', Echeveria 'Frank Reinelt' (for bernardyjh)

Bottom row: Haworthia truncata, Haworthia bolusii ssp. blackbeardiana, Crassula 'Buddha's Temple'

I also found a few nice pots.

More pics, finally...first the sale.

There were several pot vendors, sorry I didn't get pics of the others, I was too busy picking some out. :-) Pots are one of the reasons I come to the show because you can't find anything like this at a nursery or big box store.

Planta Seca is a great nursery here in the Bay Area, I've bought a bunch of cacti from them in the past. FB page: https://www.facebook.com/plantasecausa

Also the Planta Seca table, but from the other end. As you can see it was covered with Rebutias.

Echeveria agavoides 'Ebony' - $50 for 6" pot

Giant haw in a 6" pot, $18. The tag said H. cooperi var dielsiana X (Parisi/Dunn)

Echeveria 'Spring Showers' in a 6" pot $25

Woohoo! Great haul, Andy. Could you post a close-up pic of the Echeveria 'Frank Reinhelt' and Haworthia bolusii ssp. blackbeardiana? I think I may have these two as "mystery" plants. Thanks!

Andy, did you purchase all plants from the same vendor or several? Might you be willing to share approximate cost for the Eches?

Love your purchases! My favorite is the variegated Haworthia. My second fav is the Rebutia. They all look great, though. Congrats!

Andy! What a great selection you have there! I must say you have great taste and your exercise of constraint to limiting yourself to 7 plants is admirable!

Super excited to see the Agavodies close up soon! If you have 2nd thoughts to your Mexican Giant Seedling, my windowsills are always open. haha.

Something to share on your Agavoides 'Frank Reneilt', it seems to be some hybrid from the Huntington Gardens.

All so beautiful! Yet another great coverage on all the exciting events, Andy!

Questions to folks that had been to these shows: There are 2 major ones coming up, the Catcus & Succulent Society of America at Huntington Gardens on June 26-28 and The Los Angeles Cactus & Succulent Society 30th Annual Inter-City Show and Sale on Aug 8-9, at the LA County Arobretum & Botanic Garden.

Any advise on which one I should attend if I were to plan a trip to visit the West?

I heard alot of great stuff about the Inter-City one, it supposedly the largest of all shows? Judging from all the pictures posted here previously, it seems like a delight!

But aslo, the Huntington C&A Show by the CSSA seems to have alot more succulents varieties judging from the previous photos posted.

Thoughts and recommendations are greatly welcomed, as I had never been to LA before.
