A few years ago, we purchased a large Kincaid sectional in Lyric Khaki that I've HATED since it arrived in our home. A designer made the suggestion, and the color is completely not to my liking. . .way too gold. We are currently finishing our basement, and the sectional will be moved to furnish a Rec Room area. My question is how to make the gold tone sofa work with cool paint colors that we prefer. Any suggestions of a go-to color for basements? We will have lots of recessed lights, but we only have natural light through small hopper windows.
