Getting Rid of Scurvy Weed

I have a growing patch of scurvy weed, which seems resistant to glyphosphate based herbicides. Other than pulling by hand, has anyone had luck (or have suggestions) on how to get rid of these? Thanks!

    Commelinas pull up so easily when the ground is moist, IDK why that's not a good solution. If it's a solid patch, put a large piece of cardboard over it & forget about it, cover with leaves so it just looked mulched, a few rocks so it stays put. The spot should be usable next year.
