I really want to grow magnolia sieboldii, but cannot find a cold winter source. I have heard that I may grow in in my zone 4b at least in a wind shielded area. I cannot find a source, however, so I am thinking of growing from seed. I know that redbuds grown from Minnesota sources grow in my area and that other sources will not survive. So I greatly desire a northern source for Magnolia sieboldii seed. Anyone have some? I am willing to pay shipping and a small fee for your trouble.
