Which Farmhouse Sink? Stainless or White?

I will have white painted maple cabinets. Probably white quartz or marble countertop. Stainless steel Appliances. Island base cabinets will be gray.
So, do I go with a double basin white apron sink or stainless steel? Which holds up better to stain, scratches, cleaning?
