Patio or garden or grass?

11 years ago
I removed the roses from this flower bed and covered the exterior wall in stacked stone. Now I need to put something in this dirt area and I'd like to keep the stone area visible. There are sprinklers so I could put in grass but I would like a seating area with a bench. Any ideas?
