My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Can you share your secret on how you can provide "free" shipping? I'm just curious, I ship furniture but I have to pay for my crating materials and FedEx refuses to ship my pieces for free! Who do you use that works for free and where do you get free materials to crate your furniture, as well as the free labor to package the furniture? Please help me so I can provide "free" shipping!
