My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm quite sure that lighting ( Nebula Cristallo) is from that store in New York... They are superb http://www.cxny.com/products/fixture_types/single_pendants

    It is the Nebula! I just looked it up on YLighting and it is by Flos. That all rings a bell. I have the info buried deep in files -- so I do appreciate this clue and confirm that it indeed is correct.
