My bedroom is approximately 16x16 . We have a king bed on one wall. Opposite the king bed is a large dresser and an occasional chair and on the wall parallel to the bed is a chest of drawers and a double door leading to the master bath. I have a striking 8x10 area rug that I would like to use in the room. I am thinking of positioning it off center in front of the chair and dresser (on the 10' side) and the chest of drawers on the 8' side. Will this look odd?
