I have a six foot fence and a neighbor's ten (or so) foot house right behind it. I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive alternative to not have to see the tops of his windows and flat roof. I looked into adding lattice, but it was quite costly to do that. Bamboo goes crazy, so that's probably not a good idea either. Thoughts?
