This is a cork floor tile. Unfortunately i don't have the exact product name off hand.

Perhaps try Flooring City near your area (Concord, California)

Hi PODDesign Inc. - First, establish your height of drywall off the finish floor. Consider also matching to whatever your window sills are, especially for floor-to-ceiling windows. Specify a base-board that will be 1/2" (thickness of drywall) and apply after your flooring is installed. The result is a flush finish with the Drywall and painted to match colour of wall or vice-versa.

How did you finish between the baseboard and the drywall? Silicone?

No silicone necessary. Just a simple butt joint and fit (not too tight though) between the two...
