Cute house! l'll leave replacing the cedar to the pros here...just wanted to say I love what you did with the brick! I'm one who likes brick with white. At some point you might consider replacing the front door with a glass inset across the top that mimics your window panes. Same with the garage door. Also, maybe think about painting the foundation a color that blends more with the brick.

I also, really like the brick changes. Nicely done. I also like the white and brick, but I would rather see hardy board planks than the aluminum shakes. I think it would add more / confirm the horizontal that you have with with windows, and length on the home. The shakes seem to be fighting with it. Chloebud had great ideas on front door and garage door. I have seen folks paint their drip line on the roof a dark charcoal and that really adds strength to the look.
