Septoria is one of the many fungal diseases that plagues tomato plants....especially in early season. Even here in dry SoCal it can be a problem...and is quite common. Spray with a fungicide...and try to keep the lower leaves dry when you water.

Ok thanks.I have been doing that I'll just do it more often.I am just glad my other plants are ok.

You also need to remove all those affected leaves, bag then and dispose of away from the garden so the spores don't spread. Continue to remove affected leaves as needed even if it means almost stripping the plant.

Fungicides are a preventative, not a cure, so you need to be spraying your other plants even if they don't yet show symptoms of anything.

Spray real good, under side the leave as well. Repeat in 5 days.
In case of rain, spray as soon as the rain stops.
