My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Maureen, Here's our floorplan. Is it too small for the windows like you put in

    over the sink wall? The island is narrower than the one you have but overall would it look nice ? I am not a visual person at all so thank you for your advise and help. I like the Tuscan/Mediterranean/Rustic look.
