MUSHROOMS ON MY THYME POT!!

I was checking my thyme plant as I was going to harvest it for tomorrow and to my surprise, I found these little guys growing and thriving on my thyme plant. The head is very squishy and soft.

It appears to affect the leaf colors as well, some of the leaves that touched the mushroom directly adapted the brown-orange color.

I plucked one out and here it is.

Question is, is it still safe for me to eat the thyme? And can someone tell me if these are poisonous or edible.

I reside in the Philippines and right now, it's hot, humid, and it rains, so I guess that encouraged the growth of these mushrooms. I couldn't care less if there are a bunch of them in a pot, but I want to know if they are edible or poisonous.
