Nightshade?

I think this is some kind of nightshade but would like opinions on which one. Might they be either Hairy (Solanum physalifolium) or Black nightshade (S. ptychanthum)? I'm not even sure if the plant in the last photo looks different because it is something else or just because it has weathered with age. S.E. Michigan, Lenawee County
Notice what appears to be thorns on the stem of this one. I'm even wondering if this is the same type of plant?
