My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

where can i find a stainless steel mantel like that?

    Yes, I just had one done by a steel fabricator - I am trying to mimic this exact fireplace and the stainless steel mantel only cost $247. Mine was 56 inches long, 8 inches deep with one end cap (the other side will be covered in stone like the fireplace shown). You just need to give them the exact measurements, and they can fabricate anything you'd like.

      The stone around the fireplace may be a veneer. Do a search for stone veneer or culture stone.

      I used Capital Sheet Metal in Sacramento, CA, but any sheet metal fabricator can do it - it's not complicated. Just give them the dimensions, and they'll be able to accomodate.
