I am not familiar with the scrub daddy brand. So I don't know if it would scratch your Le Creuset. What I use on my LC goose cooker and other non-stick pots and pans is a Scotch-Brite No Scratch Scrub Sponge (sponge on one side, scrubby on the other side). It has not damaged or scratched any cookware I use it on. When I get a stuck on/burnt section in my LC, I put a couple inches of water in the pot. Warm it up on the stove or oven, scrape away what will come off with a wooden spoon and I then add a small amount of Dawn dish detergent and scrub with the Scotch-Brite. Works for me. The last time I was in a Le Creuset outlet I picked up a bottle of their own cleanser for the enameled cast iron. The saleswoman convinced me it really worked well and I have to admit it is amazing. I was able to get some old, stained Le Creuset sparkling clean with just a few wipes.

It was recommended (where we purchased one of our LC pots) to use Barkeepers Friend (BKF). It works well, and doesn't scratch.
