no bath tub? I love this look and it appears it is the new trend. We are in the process Of redoing a bathroom with this same foot print and would love to do this but just curious about resale value if I ever had to sell.

It depends on if you have a tub in the house already or not. If you do then by all means convert one to a shower. Most people are "shower" people so odds are good! But I would not take all tubs out unless you plan to keep the house forever. We have two baths in my beach house and no tub. But we are not ever selling either:) Good luck!
