What noone tells you until you preorder this product is that it comes in variable widths. This means more pieces to install + have to think carefully how to layout every single board to avoid boards ending at the same place.

Also the locking system requires you to first snap it and then hammer in the piece into position.

Bottom line, you get 50% more work due to variable length being more pieces, 100% time increase due to hammering each piece, 50% time increase due to thinking how to layout the variable lengths... I'd say you spend x3 more time using this product than other friendlier designs.

quality was so so, some boards were stained with glue, some were broken..

Now the color... it was great, love it. i used golden wheat. not sure if would choose the misery again due to installation complexity.
