Riobel fixtures

Hi, we're considering installing the same Riobel tub/shower system for our bathroom renovation. I was wondering how happy you are with your kit. How are the plastic pieces holding up? Is the thermostatic 3 way controller easy to use? How's the rain shower head? Thanks!

Hi, we have had nothing but successful feedback when using Riobel products for clients' projects. The thermostatic 3 way controller is easy to use and you will be satisfied with this 3 way setup we have selected for this project. Great functionality, great quality, easy to use and reasonably priced.

Hi lcarpio - did you install yours yet? Are you happy with it?

Hi Ann, yeah, we went for it and haven't regretted our purchase.

We visited a few other plumbing "boutiques" and almost all of them recommended Riobel for their fantastic after-sales service. Luck would have it that our plumber dropped a piece that broke. We took the piece to the store where we bought it and got a free replacement piece in a couple of days!

Bathroom renos done, we're really enjoying the Riobel shower. We had the diverter setup so that we can use the hand shower at the same time as the rainfall head. It's essentially a height adjustable body jet. The diverter is what really sets the Riobel 3-way kits apart from the competition: you won't find a single handle system for as low a price.

@lcarpio - I wonder if our kit has a diverter too? I will have to call Riobel. Did you have any problem with the water flow from the rain head? I've heard people say it's not strong enough, more like a drizzle.

It's not as bad as a drizzle, but it's kinda "relaxed." With the hand shower running at the same time you can still shower quickly and efficiently.
