Gorgeous! This is my favorite style of home. My husband and I are building something semi-similar (attached), and it really depends on how much you do with it. The base for our home was $200,000, but once we started looking at a lot to build on and all of the upgrade possibilities, we were looking at upwards of $400,000. I wouldn't recommend skimping on things that can't be added later (ceiling height, core square footage, windows and external doors), but consider the things that could come at a later time like decks, landscaping, paved driveways and things like that.
