My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Jen, I love that chandelier too! The homeowner was lucky. It came with the house when he bought it. You could get a similar effect with the Portfolio 5-light bronze chandelier from Lowe's for the basic structure, then add additional crystal chandelier "bling" from ballarddesigns.com.
