With the wet weather up there, bacterial / fungal diseases can be challenging.
I think that preventive fungicide spraying is a good practice. I am doing it on schedule this season.

Daconil as often as I can, but not nearly as much as needed. Stupid rain never seems to stop, and the only time I can spray is in the evening, which is to short for me to do all the tomatoes in one shot. Then it rains again the next day so can't finish them. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

You are correct Daniel, but it's also bright sunshine, and I don't want to burn my leaves either. Couldn't spray this morning because it rained all night so the plants were soaked. Supposed to rain this afternoon, and I see clouds in the distance, so maybe it will be cloudy without rain long enough to spray some more.

If the Sun/heat is intense enough to burn the leaves from spraying, it'd definitely be worse to do. The plants should dry off if the Sun is intense so hopefully all will not get much worse.

Sounds like a little Florida weather (all summer long)... Sunshower, burning Sun, Sunshower, 100% humidity night, 92% humidity morning, burning Sun, 50% humid afternoon ... Sunshower, humidity spike and so on :(, sweltering evening, mosquitoes everywhere, 100% humid night ...
