Thanks for checking in with us, this ground cover is DG, decomposed granite firmly compacted on 3-4 inches of road base. It comes is different colors ranging from blondes to browns. It requires not a lot of maintenance but over time will get sandy. When that happens moisten and compact again. Stable edging is required for longevity.
