My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you explain this roof?

At first glance, it looks like exposed rafters without collar ties or rafter ties. But then I see that the "rafters" are actually detached from the roof decking on the right side of the photo. So is it actually more of a decorative structure on the interior of the space, with a trussed roof hidden by the white wood paneling?
