I know they say the dishwashers are terrible! The reviews say to stay away from them. I have the refrigerator and I like it. I also have the stove but it's still in the box!

Not happy with my Samsung cabinet-depth refrigerator. When it works it's great but I've had three service calls in two years. Issues with my Samsung washing machine, too. OTOH, love my Bosch dishwasher and range.

I've had a Samsung cabinet depth refrigerator for about 5 years with no problems at all. It's the only Samsung I have and I chose it because it rated really well in various comparison articles that year.

I also bought a Samsung 1 year ago. My wife loves it, says it's the best one we have had so far. No service calls, no problems. Bosch dishwasher is great!

I spoke to a few friends and family members that all loved their Samsung appliances. I was worried but after that I decided to go for it so we got 4 prices of the black stainless. They will be delivered next week so time will tell. I did buy warranties on the fridge and dishwasher just to be safe

Samsung fridge the worst fridge we have ever owned. Freezer temps are all over the place. Makes ice when it wants if it makes it at all. I know others that have and everyone complains about ice maker.

Had mine for 5 years, not even 1 issue so far. It's been better than refrigerators that were 5 times the cost.

Got a big Samsung French Door model RF27T5501B1 refrigerator about a year ago and just found out that the bottom shelf in the fridge that holds the 2 crisper drawers & the water filter assembly cannot be removed or dismantled for cleaning - it requires a service call which the cust svc people couldn't even advise the cost. Never seen anything like this. Last Samsung I'll be getting.

ALL FIVE OF MY BRAND NEW 2025 SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BROKE IN 12 MONTHS!!!!!!! We renovated our kitchen in 2024 and had a brand new top of the line Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, and even washer & Dryer installed. Every single thing but the dryer has broken. The dishwasher leaks all over the floor and the sensor is bad. The fridge condenser died and Samsung said even though it's covered under warranty I have to pay for diagnostics (???), the range motor died and three of the pilots on the stove crapped out. Overseas cust service is garbage and unhelpful. The local repair tech said he's never seen anything like this. He mentioned the wires that flex every time you open and close the fridge doors are as thin as your hair, as if intentionally made to fail. He said they are woefully under-guaged to carry electricity and the parts are made super cheaply. He said 90% of his calls are for Samsung junk and it has reached an all new level of crap manufacturing. He explained they are a tech company that primarily makes phones and they dont make appliances, they just slap their names on the cheapest junk they can possibly make. It's all about $$$ and they could care less about the customer or the environment they're filling with waste. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!!
