My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the wood on this sideboard real or veneer? Does the product have any media holes for wires? Thank you.

    This sideboard has a natural (real) walnut wood veneer. If by 'real' you mean solid wood, no, it is not solid walnut. An equivalent sideboard in solid walnut would be many times the cost of this sideboard. There bottom corners of the back are cut at an angle on both ends to accomodate cables.
