Barn door color advice?

We are moving into a new home with a sliding barn pantry door. I am thinking I want to paint the door a different color but I'm not sure. My colors throughout I think will be grey, navy and yellow. I'm thinking more yellow with the kitchen accents and more navy in the living room/dining room. Should I paint to door navy? Or yellow? Or leave it? Pics below of what it looks like now...thanks in advance!

My feeling is navy will be too dark and yellow won't be enough of a punch if a creamy and too bold if vibrant...you have a turquoise/blue in your rug and mirror and it would be softer with your kitchen. I would also distress it, to make it feel a bit worn. The color below is not exact, but gives you an idea. Then I would incorporate a Dhurrie rug that contains a few of the colors that are in your living room's rug and add some clay accessories.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear and thank you so much for the advice! The furniture already there is the sellers'. I'm looking towards a look more like the attached pics but I understand about the yellow being too bright and the navy too dark, hence my dilemma! Please let me know if you have any other thoughts given the new color scheme:)

What about grey? Then you could add a yellow/grey rug to tie the rooms together.

Leave it! It ties into the wood beam in the other room and plays off the color of your countertops. You can add pops of color in your kitchen with accessories, don't go overboard and matchy- matchy with interior door color. If you paint it and hate it, you've ruined a gorgeous door and the overall look of the kitchen, which is beautiful as is!

Right now that door is very dark compared to the rest of the room, it really grabs the eye when looking at your first picture. However, with the colors you are planning on using, the door might not stand out as much if you were to go with a dark gray or navy. It all depends on what colors you decide to go with.
