Also it doesn't show in pix but it has a sort of pattern on it's back and they are lighter in color than pix shows, they are very small like mealy bug size.

No idea what it is; I'm not much of a bug expert, aside from mealies, scale, and spider mite lol. The BATS is effective for a year, so you shouldn't re-treat the plant unless you see an active infestation on the plant, eating it. Could be the reason these bugs aren't affected is that they aren't eating the plant, and thus, aren't getting poisoned by the systemic. I say, kill and observe, but don't panic yet.

Okay thanks for response. I took the plant back outside but nowhere near others. Sprayed windowsill and haven't seen anymore. Inspected outside plants but only see light green spiders on some of them, nothing else. Also I didn't see signs of plant being eaten, roots look unhealthy I may have overwatered. This was the best of the pix from my inexpensive camera lol. I'll try the insect forum, thanks.

The bugs are a good indication of over watering as well :)
