My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No Shade-O-Matic, only sold in Canada. Shade-O-Matic is owned by Hunter Douglas, so go to your local Hunter Douglas Dealer and ask them to show you their Screen Shade book (I think they call them Solar Shades in the US). These screen shades are a 5% openness factor.
