Engineered quartz or polished granite. Black granite is more dense, so the porosity is less... meaning less staining. You still have to seal it... but for black granite 1-3 years sometimes suffices depending on the stone color. For quartz, there is no maintenance.... but the black is sometimes a little more dull than granite.
