was there a problem with these tiles?

I ordered mine in Feb, no word from my contractor that is was not coming. no tiles as of today, July 5. checked website no longer available. thanks if you can shed any light.

hi, it would have been from my design/build team we hired Axiom in Seattle WA. the tile installer is Finishing Touch. I have been waiting for a sample or the real thing as we love your designs. there have been some problems, some tiles are more perfect, but so far no problem that can not be worked on. the ones I asked about are going in a new bathroom. I'm dying to see a sample & time is short. I'll follow up & have them contact you again. thanks!
