I'd go with a cream for both trim and door.

I call it Ozark Blue, libradesigneye, because you find it everywhere in the Ozarks on old homesteads. Especially prevalent on ceilings and under stairs to discourage dirt daubers and wasps from building there. Usually it is very close to a hunter green, or your cedar mountains, which has a more dusky/dusty hue.
