My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My kitchen/living room is all the Oak caramel color.....cabinets, island, table top, floor, mantle, banister. Would it look bad if I stained the island and table top a darker color? My husband doesn't want the whole kitchen stained dark since the floors are light!
