How did you bring together the tops and bottoms of the siding panels... Z flashing? Caulk? Other?

Hi There,

The Hardie Panel was installed per the manufacturer's specifications with a small reveal and z-flashing over the lower panel. Then everything was painted after installation to minimize the visibility of the flashing.

Check out xtremetrim.com by Tamlyn. They make a 5/16" z flashing (XZS5168) that's great for joining Hardi panels with minimal reveal.
