My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm confused by the squares in the room over the TV and at each end of the curtains. Are they grates over air vents? If so, I'd paint them the same as the wall as they're very distracting.

    Also, out of curiosity, you have seating for 17 in that room. Do you need all that seating? If not, I'd remove some of it to make the room feel less cramped.

    Your new color choices are fabulous, by the way. A huge improvement over what was originally there. Also, that child in the after photo looks pretty content. A definite confirmation that you did the right thing!

      Nice job but I would remove all the pillows from the far end of the room so that it doesn't look so choppy.
