We have rain twice a week here and i water every other day. But i m going to water it now....hopefully that ll work...

i said .... dig a small hole and find out ...you are guessing .. and that is usually the beginning of failure ...

just a hand trowel.. even a spoon ... find out a few inches down

umm well I guess alot bringing my children up, i m not sure they are failures...or are they?? i think this is for another forum...

Dig in and look at the soil this is attempting to grow in to see if the soil is too wet or not. A too wet soil (one that gets rained on twice a week and watered every other day) is just as bad for plants as a too dry soil.
