I would do a watery blue not orange.

Since the bathroom is so small, the orange walls might be completely overwhelming. That doesn't mean that I don't think you can add orange to the room though :-). I would do:

1. A cooler colored wall

2. Put in a vanity with an above sink and get a nice orange one to fit your style:

3. Put a painting or other piece of artwork that has orange in it. Maybe a mirror with orange above the vanity?

4. Also use an earth tone in the tile, have the tile go up the wall to slightly above where the top of the vanity is, and put an orange border on top. Like this photo but with orange instead:

Orange can be tricky to get the right shade and you may want to test a few samples - the color Patina 1195 by Benjamin Moore is very warm. I think the tiles below would add personality and use a beige or light grey grout. You could accessorize using the colors below as well.
