where did you get the receptacles under the cabinets?

Undercabinet outlets and lighting were sourced through Task Lighting in Grand Island, Nebraska. Excellent products.

Are the under cabinet receptacles GFCI rate? If not where did you hid the GFCI outlet?

Yes, the undercabinet outlets are GFCI rated and the reset is in an outlet to the right of the sink area on the one wall receptacle that we used in the kitchen.
