My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We need modern railings.

I found this photo in Houzz. Where can we find this one?

    We custom designed the railing and then had a local subcontractor fabricate it. If you are located in the Los Angeles area I can provide you the name of the fabricator. The railing consists of 1 1/2" stainless steel tube as posts, 3/4" x 1 1/4" rectangular frame, and 3/4" round infill. Handrail was Maple.

      The railing was made by Electrolurgy, Inc. in Santa Ana.
      The flooring is Bamboo, Edge Grain, in Amber color.
