This is considered a variation of a Kingston valance with a few updates/revisions. We opted to create less of a scoop between each pleat for a softer flow and added fabric within the pleat for bells with great volume and casual tapered cascades which are rather full without great length. For additional customization we added a sheer medallion overlay with delicate gimp on the hem edge - shortening the length to reveal the first layer for layers of texture and interest.
