My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Melissa, just a gorgeous space - I've been admiring it for a good half year now. Can you tell me about the flooring? I'm guessing a cement tile? I have a (much smaller) sunroom I'm planning for a summer reno - as soon as I can take all the plants back outdoors! Thanks so much for the inspiration!

    Yes, that is a cement tile. You can find several companies online who sell these tiles. They come in lots of amazing patterns and colors. I highly recommend them for a 'Wow' factor in your sunroom. We have radiant heat underneath the tiles which we love and the plants love too.
