Question regarding which faucet finish to choose. I am getting polished nickel hardware for the cabinets. the faucet i'm looking at comes in chrome or stainless steel. which would you choose (appliances will all be stainless steel as will sink). Or should i go with a different faucet that will come in polished chrome. does it matter?

and another faucet question. the sink faucet im looking at is 18'' high. what do i do for the island sink. do i go with a different faucet altogether same finish?
