We are doing entire remodel, with all new windows. The design is beach contemporary. We were steered toward Western windows, however after reading about their window warranty we decided to look into Bede and Arcadia. It's been really hard to get any homeowner reviews on these products.

We are 1 mile from the ocean and would need the extra coating on the Al so keep from corrosion, Bede and Arcadia products both come standard with this, however, Western is more.

Any advice?
