The leaves of this dahlia are droopy and yellowish. The older the leaves, the droopier they are - new leaves are upright, but oldest ones are droopiest. I hand water deeply twice a week in dry periods, weekly once with fertilizer mixed in the watering can. Please help! I am in NJ (zone 6b)
