Our last pool (built in 2008) had a pebble sheen finish in Tropics Blue which we loved, but I did notice that it was rough on kids' feet. We're in a new house getting quotes for a new pool and there seems to be so many plaster options available. Our different estimates have included everything from Diamond Brite to Jewel Scapes. With this being a major feature of the pool, we are willing to splurge for a great finish. What do you recommend and what should we avoid?
