My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Thanks for all the feedback. As far as the timeline, design for this project started in March of 2014 and the owners occupied in November 2014. The garage stayed the same size but the owners only planned to use it for one car. The rest was for bikes, tools, etc., so we cut the door down from 16-feet wide to 12-feet wide to reduce its dominance on the facade.
